

Monique Rendles

Monique began her journey to becoming a marriage and family therapist in 2008. Feeling called to help those who struggle with healing from life problems, she left the education field completely in 2015. She is a certified EMDR therapist and Prepare-Enrich Facilitator. She has completed other trainings that include Level 2 training in the Gottman Method and an externship in emotional-focused therapy. She is also an AAMFT- Approved supervisor.

Renee Grant
MA, LCMHC
Renee is a down to earth, approachable therapist who will challenge you to identify and make the changes necessary to move past where you are to where you want to be. She utilizes faith as a foundation in the therapeutic process while employing some of the most widely recognized evidence based therapeutic treatment approaches. Each one complements the other to help clients gain insight and enhance the healing process.

Casey Pangelian
MFT - Intern
Casey is an intern and graduate student in North Carolina, with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Counseling & Social Change from San Diego State University. She will earn her Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Golden Gate University in May 2026. She is deeply committed to empowering clients through a client-centered approach, recognizing that each individual is the expert in their own life story.
