Appointment Rates

Intake (Initial Appointment) – $200 

Subsequent Appointments – $180

Our Intern(s) are seen at a rate of $30 per appointment. This fee is applied to offset their administrative and supervision costs. 

​

Those on Medicare, Medicaid, or make a certain amount of gross annual income can see our intern(s) for no cost!

Payment:

Payments are sent as invoices via email using Square.

No Surprise Act:

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the No Surprise Act, providers need to give patients who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

​

• You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

​

• Your will receive a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your service. You can also ask your provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.

​

• If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

​

• Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call (910) 356-9213.

Supervision

Pricing

​

Restricted Licensed Therapists (e.g., LMFTA, LAPC, LCMHCA): 

​

$100/hr for restricted/associate license supervision individual (i.e. 1 or 2 supervisees)

​

$50/hr for restricted/associate license supervision groups (i.e., 3 or more supervisees)

​

Practicum/Internship Students:​

If practicum student(s) remains with 4LCC to complete their internship, administrative and supervision costs are covered through administrative fees paid by assigned client(s). Student will not be monetarily compensated.

Practicum and Internship Students are not employed or contracted with 4LCC.

Students must be currently enrolled in a graduate program and working towards completion of your degree.
