Supervision
Looking for an opportunity to hone your clinical and therapy administrative skills? 4LCC offers supervision services to those in graduate school (practicum/internship) and to those who are seeking full license/postgraduate license.
Monique Rendles is an AAMFT-Approved Supervisor. An AAMFT Approved Supervisor is a distinguished mentor and leader in the field of marriage and family therapy. This credential, granted by the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT), signifies advanced training, experience, and commitment to the ethical and professional development of future therapists. Approved Supervisors provide high-quality clinical supervision, ensuring that emerging professionals receive the guidance and support necessary to develop their skills, uphold best practices, and deliver effective, systemic therapy. Their expertise not only strengthens the field but also enhances the quality of care for individuals, couples, and families.

Along with this accomplishment, Monique has worked to advance her ability to provide supervision to those seeking to become competent trauma-informed therapists. Creating a unique program to address trauma, Monique is equipped to supervise those desiring to become more effective with engaging in theory-driven case conceptualization and implementation.
